Work takes up most of my "computer time," so I don't get to blog much anymore. After setting and staring at a screen 9 hours a day, my crusty eyes don't feel like coming home and doing it more.
Things have been going well lately. I can't complain. God has truly blessed me in so many ways and I am totally not worthy of it all.
Speaking of God, I've recently joined a church I've been going to and my spiritual life is going pretty good right now. I felt bad "leaving" the church I grew up in, but considering it was strictly a geographical change (I live two hours from it), I am sure they understand. The church I've joined is the closest I've ever seen to my home church and the pastors know each other. So it's all good.
My hubby wants to buy a new car. I can't say that I blame him - his car is 13 years old and has about 180,000 miles. The windows don't roll down and the air doesn't work. He's always having to replace the fuses and last year we had to replace the alternator. So I guess it's better he gets rid of it now before it seriously breaks down and it's unsellable/trade-in able, etc.
At first he wanted a truck but now he's saying he wants an SUV, so we can "have it for when we have kids in five years!" Err... I just don't know if I am ready for the "family car," just yet. Something in me wants a shiny new sports car - I'm still young, right?
But it will be his car so I guess I don't get a lot of say-so in the matter, lol.
